We will then agree the next step forwards. 

If you are considering multiple software products, sending out and reviewing an ITT is an effective way to compile your short list.

If you would like to send us an ITT as part of your software selection process we will happily work through your list of requirements and honestly provide you with a summary of each area where MCA meets your requirements. We will also make you aware if there are any specifications within your document which we feel unable to meet.

This is available either online or onsite. Generally a first demonstration will last between 1-2 hours and provides an overview of the features and modules available in Mardak Construction Accounts. This demonstration is normally attended by the Project Co-ordinator who is researching the new software on behalf of the company.

If you are planning on making a decision based on one demonstration then we would recommend the format of point 4, detailed below, to ensure you get the most from the demonstration and are able to make an informed decision.

Again available online or onsite, however we would recommend a face to face demonstration at this stage to give you the opportunity to meet with a member of the Mardak team and gain greater insight into the company as well as of the software.

This demonstration will typically be much more in-depth, focusing on the high levels of functionality the software offers. This is also an opportunity to concentrate on sections of the product which may be of particular interest for your company.

This demonstration is useful to be attended by not only the Project Co-ordinator, but also the overall financial decision maker. You may wish to involve key members of your Accounts team and your IT Manager in some or all of this demonstration to receive their feedback on the system.

It is best to allocate between a half and full day for this demonstration, depending on the depth which you wish to go into, and the number of colleagues who will be involved and have questions to ask.

You are welcome to take up references from our existing clients.  This can be done earlier in the process, however we find that typically this seems to be the most useful stage to do so.

We are so confident of the excellent product and service which we provide that we will provide you with a full user list of all our live clients. You are invited to telephone any of them to discuss their experience of using Mardak Construction Accounts. Alternatively we will gladly arrange a convenient time between yourselves and our client(s) for you to visit any of our live sites and see the product in use.

This is often not required however, if you have further questions or would like an extensive presentation on a specific part of the software we are happy to do so. The length of this demonstration and the attendees is at your discretion, although we can provide estimated timings based on the agenda.

Discuss and agree on your chosen solution, this should include confirming which, if any of the Advanced Modules will be taken.  This is also when a decision should be reached on the appropriate number of full user and enquiry user licences. 

Both parties to consider and agree all details of the contract. At this stage timings and dates will be agreed for migration and going live.
